We built The Femme Collective as psychiatric clinicians and professors who also juggle families, businesses, and community. Our programs grow out of neuroscience, trauma psychology, and adult learning research, then translate into real-world strategies women can use in busy, complicated lives. North Carolina-based.
Our work carries the legacy of Black sorority sisterhood, public service, and collective uplift. We name the strong Black woman myth, code-switching fatigue, and navigating white spaces, and we create room for every woman to bring culture, story, and vulnerability without overexplaining.
The Femme Collective grows as a full ecosystem, where mental health support, financial education, mentorship, entrepreneurship training, and movement-based healing sit side by side. Women do not have to stitch together separate coaches, therapists, and networks, we design one coordinated path toward sustainable thriving.
To empower women with the knowledge, tools, and community needed for financial, personal, and professional growth. 💜
A world where women thrive confidently in mind, body, and business, supported by access, opportunity, and community. 🌸
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | Ivy League Professor
The Femme Collective was founded by a psychiatric nurse practitioner and Ivy League professor committed to helping women grow without sacrificing their mental health, families, or identities.
With a background in neuroscience, trauma psychology, and higher education, she brings evidence-based insight into every program — blending academic rigor with real-world practicality. Her work centers culturally aware, whole-woman empowerment, especially for Black women and women of color navigating high-demand careers, entrepreneurship, and caregiving roles.
As a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., her leadership is rooted in service, scholarship, and sisterhood. Through The Femme Collective, she has created an ecosystem where financial literacy, education advancement, mental wellness, mentorship, and entrepreneurship work together — not in competition.
Her mission is simple: sustainable success that honors mind, body, and business.
